  • The design philosopy of LIGHTMASTER MAX floodlight includes the best of the entire LIGHTMASTER series: aesthetics, technology, photometric performance and flexibility of use. A careful study applied to asymmetric optics make it the most rational and efficient floodlight for professional lighting of sports facilities, sports arenas, outdoor areas, events and shows in large open areas.

  • TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 

    • Body and rear cover in die cast aluminium with primary alloy and low copper content, with an high weather proof rating.
    • Coated with silver polyester powder.
    • Front tempered glass resistant to high temperatures and to thermal shock, anchored to the body with 10 special stainless steel devices.
    • Anti-ageing gaskets in silicon rubber.
    • Hot deep galvanized sheet steel fixing bracket. A series of equidistant holes allows an accurate positioning and fixing. For wall mounting applications, it is necessary to provide the proper accessory.
    • Connection box in special selfextinguish plastic material. For double ended lamps, the connection box is complete with ignitor.
    • Aluminum protractor scale to perform precise vertical aiming of the projector.
    • Two pressure compensation filters in teflon.
    • Insulation classe I.
    • Protection degree against external impacts: IK 08.
    • Floodlight body weight Kg 20,50.
    • Maximum surface wind resistance at 0° = 0,165 m2
    • Maximum surface wind resistance of floodlight complete with anti-glare louvre = 0,182 m2
    • Control gear box CABLO SERVICE, in die-cast aluminium IP 65.
    • In the double ended lamp versions, the mounting distances between the gear box and the body can be up to 50/70 meters.
    • Designed for indoor and outdoor applications.
    • The fixture is approved for nominal temperature of 25°C. Thus, according to EN 60598-1, the fixture can be used, for discontinuous periods, at 45°C.
    • Hot Restrike version with one security knife switch for double ended with short arc lamp 1000W and 2000W, is available on request. In these versions, to allow the maintenance of the distances for high voltage, the lighting performances are 5% lower compared to the standard version.

    Montaggio

    The access to the lamp is allowed by rear compartment opening, which remains blocked with two solid stainless quick release clips. The floodlight is available in two versions:

    • With two power knife switches: when the cover is opened, the power supply to lampholders is directly interrupted.
    • With one security knife switch: in this case the remote control switch must be connected to the poles of the terminal block inside the connection box. When the cover is opened, the remote control switch disconnects the power supply.
    • Lamp replacement is facilitated with cover opening angle, at a very comfortable amplitude of 110°.

    In case of lamp failure or at the end of lamp life, it’s absolutely necessary to open the E switch to inhibit the ignitor’s discharge, till the lamp is changed.

  • ASYMMETRIC TRAPEZOIDAL OPTIC

    In high purity aluminum (99,99%) with elevated reflectance and performace, this optic may accomodate:

    • Double ended short arc and long arc lamps 1000 and 2000W with three types of optical systems: intensive, semi intensive and wide beam;
    • E40 lamps, 1000 and 2000W with two optical types: intensive and wide beam.

    The floodlight can be equipped with an anti-glare louvre in cast aluminum and painted in silver colour.
